Tanggung Jawab
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex meeting arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations in both Indonesian and English
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Organize international/domestic travel arrangements and expense reports
- Maintain confidential records and ensure data security compliance
- Coordinate office operations including procurement and vendor management
- Support cross-departmental projects with administrative expertise
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience as Executive Secretary or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital calendar systems
- Excellent command of Indonesian and written English
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
- Proactive problem-solving and adaptability to changing priorities
