Tanggung Jawab
- Provide responsive, empathetic support via email, chat, and phone channels
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions for clients
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with detailed accuracy
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex technical problems
- Contribute to knowledge base development and improvement initiatives
- Monitor support metrics and identify opportunities for process optimization

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer support or technical assistance
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar support platforms
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and software troubleshooting
- Certification in customer service or technical support (preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
