Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency following SLA protocols
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales team to identify upsell opportunities
- Monitor customer feedback trends and propose service improvements
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score targets
- Participate in weekly team coaching sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 degree in any field with 1+ years customer service experience
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Certificate in customer service management is a plus
- Experience in e-commerce or fintech preferred
