Tanggung Jawab
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone with <90s response time
- Resolve technical issues using CRM tools while maintaining 95% customer satisfaction score
- Document interactions accurately in Zendesk and escalate complex cases to senior specialists
- Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to provide seamless cross-functional support
- Identify process improvement opportunities through weekly performance analysis
- Maintain 100% compliance with data privacy regulations (PDPK)
- Participate in monthly training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B customer support or tech industry
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk) and MS Office Suite
- Certification in Customer Service Excellence or equivalent preferred
- Strong conflict resolution skills with proven de-escalation techniques
- Type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Experience with ticketing systems and SLA management
