Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve complex issues and complaints using empathetic communication and problem-solving skills
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify trends in customer feedback to drive service improvements
- Meet performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Continuously expand product knowledge to provide accurate information
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Customer-centric mindset with passion for exceeding expectations
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
