Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve product/service issues using CRM tools and internal resources
- Document interactions accurately in customer databases
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, response time)
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or related field
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in tech industry is advantageous
