Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional service across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, social media)
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Identify and escalate systemic issues to product teams
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Contribute to service quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell opportunities
- Participate in monthly training and feedback sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in customer service/technical support role
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent written communication
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Relevant certification in customer service management preferred
- Experience in fintech or e-commerce industry advantageous
