Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages using espresso machines, pour-over, and traditional brewing methods
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards across all workstations
- Manage inventory and reorder supplies to ensure seamless operations
- Train junior staff on coffee techniques and brand standards
- Develop seasonal menu items featuring local Indonesian coffee beans
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with specialty coffee knowledge
- Expertise in latte art and multiple brewing techniques (mandatory)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication skills
- Certification in Barista training or coffee sensory evaluation preferred
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours with multitasking skills
- Strong understanding of coffee bean origins and flavor profiles
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
