Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage customers with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation standards in the barista station
- Manage inventory and restock coffee ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless café operations
- Contribute to developing seasonal coffee menus
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in specialty coffee preparation
- Expert knowledge of brewing methods (pour-over, espresso, etc.)
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Food handling certification preferred
