Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver customized English lessons focusing on conversational fluency, business communication, and exam preparation
- Develop personalized learning plans aligned with student goals and proficiency levels
- Utilize multimedia resources and interactive teaching techniques to enhance engagement
- Conduct regular progress assessments and provide detailed feedback to students
- Collaborate with academic team to refine teaching methodologies and content
- Maintain accurate student records and progress documentation
- Participate in monthly professional development workshops
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in English Literature, Linguistics, Education, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in formal English teaching or tutoring
- Native or near-native English proficiency (IELTS 8.0+ or equivalent)
- Proven ability to create engaging lesson plans for adult learners
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Flexible availability during weekday evenings and weekends
- Certification in TEFL/TESOL or equivalent preferred
