Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operational activities and ensure team productivity targets are met

- Coordinate cross-functional projects and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain service level agreements
- Monitor budget allocation and optimize resource utilization
- Compile performance reports and present actionable insights to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory roles within service/tech industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of team leadership and conflict resolution
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI)
- Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities
- Certified in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent quality management
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
