Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies aligned with business objectives
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding top-tier talent
- Lead performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives
- Oversee compensation & benefits administration and compliance
- Drive organizational development programs and succession planning
- Analyze HR metrics to provide strategic recommendations to leadership
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience in tech companies
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU No. 13/2003)
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in HRBP/SHRM-SCP highly valued
