Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of qualified candidates
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs aligned with Indonesian labor regulations
- Administer employee benefits, payroll processing, and performance management systems
- Conduct training needs analysis and organize professional development programs
- Maintain accurate HR records using HRIS systems and ensure data security
- Facilitate employee relations activities and resolve workplace conflicts
- Prepare monthly HR reports for leadership review and strategic planning
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR generalist role, preferably in tech industry
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Certification in HRBP or SHRM preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluency in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
