Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Analyze market trends and competitor data to drive product differentiation.
- Conduct regular user research and stakeholder interviews to validate assumptions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management within the Fintech or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of launching successful products and managing cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.
