Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement evidence-based medication therapy management programs for chronic disease patients
- Provide specialized clinical consultations and medication reviews for complex cases
- Lead digital health initiatives including telepharmacy services and AI-assisted drug interaction monitoring
- Conduct patient education sessions on medication adherence and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with physicians to optimize clinical pathways and reduce polypharmacy risks

- Mentor junior pharmacists and contribute to continuing education programs
Kualifikasi
- S1 Apoteker with minimum 3 years clinical experience in hospital or specialty pharmacy
- Strong expertise in pharmacotherapy management for diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular diseases
- Certification in Clinical Pharmacy or Pharmacist Prescriber (Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi)
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and electronic health records
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex medical information
- Proven track record in patient-centered care and medication safety initiatives
- Experience leading healthcare projects and process improvement
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
