Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities
- Develop personalized treatment plans for diverse client populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated care approaches
- Document clinical progress and maintain accurate client records
- Conduct crisis intervention and emergency psychological support
- Participate in community mental health awareness initiatives
Kualifikasi
- S1/S2 in Psychology with specialization in Clinical Psychology
- STR-Akta Psikolog certification from PPNI
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience post-licensure
- Expertise in CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed therapies
- Strong diagnostic assessment skills (e.g., MMPI, WAIS)
- Excellent communication and cultural competency
- Valid Brevet A & B certification
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
