Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using standardized tools
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse client populations
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and social workers for integrated care
- Document clinical progress using EMR systems
- Conduct crisis intervention and emergency psychological support
- Contribute to community mental health workshops and outreach programs
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology with S2 specialization in Clinical Psychology
- STRPs (Surat Tanda Registrasi Psikolog) certification
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in mental health settings
- Expertise in CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed approaches
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with strong communication skills
- Certification in psychological assessment tools (e.g., MMPI, WAIS)
- Experience with diverse cultural backgrounds and age groups
