Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments using standardized tools
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed approaches
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals for integrated care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with ethical standards
- Conduct crisis intervention and emergency psychological support when needed
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology from accredited university with STRPs (Sertifikasi Tenaga Psikolog)
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in mental health settings
- Valid license from Himpunan Psikologi Indonesia (HPI)
- Expertise in diagnostic assessments (MMPI-2, WAIS, etc.) and therapeutic modalities
- Strong crisis intervention and trauma management skills
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Commitment to continuous education and professional development
