Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies across social media, blogs, video, and email platforms
- Produce high-quality visual and written content (articles, infographics, short-form videos, reels)
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content engagement and conversion rates
- Collaborate with design team to maintain brand consistency across all channels
- Stay updated on emerging content trends and platform algorithm changes
- Manage content calendar and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Conduct audience research to identify content opportunities and gaps
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years professional content creation experience with portfolio demonstrating measurable impact
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing tools
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques
- Proven ability to create data-driven content strategies
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia writing skills with attention to grammar and style
- Experience managing content calendars across multiple platforms
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
