Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead, mentor, and optimize cross-functional teams (15+ professionals) for peak performance
- Analyze KPIs and financial metrics to drive data-driven decision making
- Overhaul supply chain processes to reduce costs by 20% while improving delivery timelines
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align operational initiatives with long-term vision
- Drive digital transformation projects including ERP system implementations
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in operations management
- Proven track record of leading teams of 10+ professionals
- Expertise in process optimization and lean methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in PMP or Six Sigma highly desirable
