Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages promptly and securely to designated locations across Jakarta
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking systems in real-time
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Safely operate company vehicles following all traffic regulations
- Conduct pre/post-delivery vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Coordinate with logistics team to optimize delivery routes
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues
- Uphold company standards for package handling and security
Kualifikasi
- Valid SIM A (motorcycle license) with minimum 2 years driving experience
- Excellent knowledge of Jakarta's road networks and traffic patterns
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Physical fitness to handle packages up to 25kg
- Highly responsible with punctual and disciplined work ethic
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Clean driving record and no major traffic violations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
