Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic educational plans aligned with national curriculum standards
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction
- Oversee school operations including budget management, facility maintenance, and safety protocols
- Foster strong relationships with parents, community stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
- Drive student enrollment initiatives and maintain school reputation
- Organize extracurricular programs and community engagement activities
- Monitor academic performance through data analysis and improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Education or related field, S2/Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years teaching experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Valid Kepala Sekolah certification (Sertifikasi Kepala Sekolah)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong financial management and strategic planning skills
- Experience with curriculum development and accreditation processes
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities
