Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver prompt Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage Windows 10/11 deployments, Active Directory administration, and endpoint security
- Implement and maintain cloud services (O365, Azure) with zero-downtime migrations
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with DevOps team on automation projects using PowerShell/Python
- Conduct quarterly cybersecurity awareness training for all staff
- Optimize network performance through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science or equivalent certification (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- 3+ years enterprise-level IT support experience in Windows environments
- Expertise in SCCM, Intune, and enterprise backup solutions (Veeam)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Cisco/Juniper devices
- Proven experience with ITIL incident/problem management processes
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia with excellent written English documentation skills
