Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware/software systems across 100+ workstations
- Provide Level 1/2 technical support via ticketing system and direct channels
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Train employees on digital tools and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
Kualifikasi
- Min. 2 years IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills with diagnostic tools
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Computer Science
