Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute high-impact content strategies for social media, blogs, and video platforms
- Produce original video content (short-form, long-form, and live streams) with production-quality standards
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand voice across all channels
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content ROI and audience growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with marketing objectives
- Mentor junior creators and maintain content quality benchmarks
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years professional content creation experience with proven portfolio
- Expertise in video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Deep understanding of Indonesian social media trends and algorithm behavior
- Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with fluency in Indonesian and English
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing trends
