Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze financial performance trends and prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership
- Develop detailed financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and investment valuation
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations (BPKP, OJK)
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental analytical methodologies
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Accounting/Finance with minimum 5 years experience
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (Excel, SAP, Tableau)
- Professional certification (AK, CMA, or CPA) strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with business-level English communication
