What You'll Achieve:
- Develop personalized nutrition plans for diverse patient populations
- Lead community health workshops on preventive nutrition
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams
- Contribute to cutting-edge nutritional research initiatives
Tanggung Jawab
- Design evidence-based nutritional intervention programs for chronic disease management
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and anthropometric measurements
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic dietary modifications
- Monitor and document patient progress using EMR systems
- Develop educational materials for community health programs
- Stay current with latest nutritional research and clinical guidelines
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Nutrition (Gizi) from accredited university
- STR Ahli Gizi certification from Kementerian Kesehatan
- Minimum 3 years clinical nutrition experience
- Expertise in therapeutic diets (diabetes, renal, oncology)
- Strong counseling and patient communication skills
- Proficiency in nutritional analysis software (e.g., Nutrisurvey)
- Certificate in Pediatric or Geriatric Nutrition preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent documentation skills
