Tanggung Jawab
- Develop personalized nutrition plans for patients with chronic diseases (diabetes, obesity, hypertension)
- Conduct nutritional assessments and interpret lab results for evidence-based interventions
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic diets and lifestyle modifications
- Lead community nutrition workshops and public health initiatives
- Collaborate with medical team for integrated patient care protocols
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions based on outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with healthcare regulations
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Nutrition/Dietetics with S.Kom. status from accredited university
- Minimum 3 years clinical nutrition experience in hospital setting
- Certified as Ahli Gizi (POM) and registered with PPAGI
- Proficiency in nutrition assessment software (e.g., NutriBase, DietPro)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian RDA and therapeutic diets
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with pediatric and geriatric nutrition protocols
- Certification in Diabetes Education (CDE) preferred
