Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure (Windows/Linux)
- Oversee network security protocols and access controls
- Implement backup/recovery solutions with 99.9% uptime SLA
- Diagnose hardware/software issues with root-cause analysis
- Coordinate cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Document IT procedures and compliance reports
- Mentor junior IT staff on best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years experience in system administration
- Certification in CompTIA Server+ or equivalent
- Expertise in Active Directory, VMware, and PowerShell
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
